Green Beans with Fermented Black Beans
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed, cooked
- 4 t olive oil
- 2 cl garlic, minced
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 1 C shiitake mushroom caps, fine chop
- 2 T fermented black beans, chopped
- 1/4 t white pepper
- 2 T white wine
Instructions
- Saute the garlic, mushrooms and red pepper flakes until the mushrooms are browned and reduced. Add the black beans and seasont taste.
- Add the green beans and wine to reheat the beans.
- Plate and serve hot.
